Founder Natalya Murphy started Heartland CRM to give Salesforce customers and partners a way to quickly ramp up on the latest Salesforce features. As a Salesforce consultant employed by Salesforce partners in the past, Natalya often found herself assigned to projects where she had to learn a new feature FAST so she could deliver value to her clients. She quickly discovered that while Trailhead and Salesforce documentation offered some answers, she couldn’t find the concise kind of training that a consultant would need in order to be quickly effective. The problem was even worse when working with the newest technologies that Salesforce account reps were trying to sell — the documentation to support those new products just wasn’t robust enough to get ramped up quickly. Our vision is to be the go-to training partner when a consultant or a customer needs the no-kidding, core essential skills to be able to leverage new technology.
